Traiana Magnum, now a doctor of pharmacy was one of the first Chicago State University pharmacy students to travel with Team IAMM to Haiti and Jamaica. Now that she has her PharmD, she continues to be a vital member of the Team.
Once you are approved to be part of the current Jamaican mission team with IAMM, there is a $250 non-refundable fee per mission ($255 if paid online) that should be immediately submitted in full upon approval by the IAMM Executive Director in order to hold your space for that upcoming mission.

Upon receipt of a Volunteer Request Form, the Executive Director or an Administrative team member will follow up with you regarding the next step in the process.
Volunteers must be prepared to travel into the foreign country TOGETHER. IAMM travels and lodges as a group.
Once you are approved for travel on the mission team and have paid your $250 non-refundable deposit ($255 if paid online) by the MARCH 31, 2019, DEADLINE, you will be contacted by the IAMM Travel Coordinator to make your travel arrangements for the mission.

When traveling out of the country with the IAMM Team, you must have a valid passport with at least 6-months time before the expiration date. Please make color copies of your passport; take one copy with you and leave another copy with your emergency contact person if needed.
