INTERNATIONAL  AMERICAN  MEDICAL  MISSION

Devote your time and talent!
Volunteers from all over the United States are invited to join IAMM on any of its upcoming missions.  All efforts will be made to  arrange,  or  have volunteers arrange,  their travel itineraries so the team meets at the airport at the same time, especially when traveling internationally.  IAMM also provides transportation service from the airport to the mission sites.

Medical Personnel
IAMM is seeking qualified mission -minded medical team members who would like to volunteer their tims and expeertise.  Doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists , and licensed counselors within all areas of expertise are greatly encouraged to submit your request to be part of upcoming missions.

During our NON-RELIEF MEDICAL MISSIONS, such as in Jamaica, a typical workday is expected to consist of patient care from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each physician is likely to see an average of 50-75 patients per day, depending upon the needs and circumstances.

In previous medical missions, patients were treated for multiple chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, coronary artery disease, vision impairments, and arthritis. Acute problems such as respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, simple musculoskeletal pains, and minor traumas were also treated.

During the MEDICAL RELIEF MISSIONS, such as in Haiti, the work day may run from sunrise to sunset to allow the medical team to see as many patients as humanly possible.  During this recent mission patients suffered from infections, gastrointestinal issues, malnutrition, dehydration, asthmatic and breathing problems, as well other issues inherent in being part of a natural disaster.

If you would like to take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity to be part of the IAMM Medical Team, click here to complete the VOLUNTEER FORM to be part of the upcoming missions.
